The Mable House includes the Mable House Arts Center, the Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre, and the historic Mable House property. The Mable House is managed by the Cobb County Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department. Events at the Mable House include concerts, theatre, exhibitions, meeting space, tours, summer camp, and more.
Silver Comet Trail
The Silver Comet Trail is a multi-use National Recreation Trail built on an old railroad route that passes through Mableton. The trail is named after the Silver Comet passenger train that used the route from 1947 to 1969. The trail begins in Smyrna and connects to the Chief Ladiga Trail in Alabama at the Georgia-Alabama state line.
